RELIEF VALVE PLATE

The Lubrite Relief Valve Plate Assembly (R.V Plate) is an advanced and indispensable component engineered to ensure thesafety and optimal functionality of lubrication systems. This assembly incorporates a relief valve (calibrated for pressures ranging from 0 to 25 Bar), a pressure gauge (rated from 0 to 28 Bar), and a pressure switch (operating within 2 to 25 Bar). Strategically positioned between the pump's pressure line and the distribution network, the R.V Plate serves as a critical interface.

This assembly is pivotal in safeguarding the pump motor by meticulously regulating system pressure via the relief valve, while the pressure gauge facilitates precise, real-time pressure monitoring. Furthermore, the integrated pressure switch provides low-pressure alerts and enables system interlocking, ensuring seamless integration with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and electrical panels for comprehensive operational oversight.



LUBRITE RECIRCULATION SYSTEM (LRU & COL)

Lubrite's Recirculation / Continuous Oil Lubrication Systems are meant to lubricate Bearings machine, Gearboxes of Rolling Mills and any type of machinery where oil needs to be circulated continuously. COL generally consists of stand-by geared pumps, duplex filters, heat exchangers & necessary instruments such as pressure switches, differential pressure switches, thermometer pressure gauges etc to monitor the working of the system. Oil is lubricated to each bearing with the networking of Pipelines & Fittings. Inline Filters & Heat Exchanger cleans as well as cools the oil before it enters the bearing housing. The same oil is then ejected from the bearing housing to the COL tank through the turn header.
