OIL MIST LUBRICATORS

In Oil Mist Lubricators a drop of oil is split by high velocity of airflow 3~5 kg/sq.cm with an air regulator. The quantity of oil can be adjusted with the help of an adjustment screw by rotating it clockwise or anti-clockwise.

The oil drop indicator is provided at the top to check the speed of the oil drop visually. The system is capable of running continuously. For automation, a solenoid valve & timer can be provided as an additional feature. Air pressure as well as oil drop setting is very important for efficient working. From 01 outlet to 12 outlets models are available as per the requirement.

DRIP FIELD OILERS

Drip Feed Oilers are single-point lubricators. They are mounted directly on the Lubrication Points. These oilers dispense oil by gravity from the transparent reservoir through the Needle Valve. The Needle Valve is joined with a Toggle Pin by which the Operator can turn the flow on/off manually. The flow of the oil is controlled by adjusting the Needle Valve and can be viewed from the inbuilt Sight Glass.

Oilers are available in different thread sizes from 1/8" BSP to 1/2" BSP.
