SINGLE LINE GREASE LUBRICATION SYSTEMS
Lubrite Recirculating Junction Blocks are an integral part of the Continuous Lubrication Systems, facilitating precise and efficient oil distribution. The main line is designed with a 6mm outer diameter and M10x1 threading, while the branch lines feature a 4mm outer diameter with 1/8” BSP threading, ensuring reliable and secure connections for optimal system performance. For model JB4W features four ports, all compatible with 4mm OD pipes, ensuring seamless integration into systems requiring uniform pipe dimensions. In contrast, Model JB4(6) is designed with two outlet ports on the top, compatible with 4mm OD pipes, and two additional ports on the left and right sides, compatible with 6mm OD pipes, offering greater versatility for varied piping configurations.

METERED FLOW UNITS
Lubrite metered flow units are engineered for use with hand-operated or intermittent-type lubricators, providing precise and controlled oil delivery to each lubrication point. These non-adjustable flow-regulating devices are designed for consistent and dependable performance. Oil flow is unidirectional, clearly indicated by an arrow on the unit's body alongside a flow value number, where each increment in the value doubles the delivery rate.
The integrated check valve ensures optimal functionality by opening under oil pressure at the initiation of the lubricator cycle and closing automatically via spring action upon completion. This design maintains the system in a fully primed state while effectively preventing reverse flow from the bearing, ensuring reliable and efficient lubrication.
Lubrite provides two distinct types of metered flow units to cater to various operational needs. Straight metered flow units that are specifically designed to be used at the end points of the machine, ensuring precise oil delivery where it is most needed. In contrast, Reverse metered flow units are intended for installation on the manifold, offering reliable performance in centralized lubrication systems.
