SINGLE-LINE GREASE SYSTEMS

Lubrite Manual Grease Pumps are designed to efficiently deliver grease to bearings and other moving parts of various machines. These pumps operate by drawing grease through the suction port when the handle is fully extended and dispensing a precise amount of grease under pressure when the handle is pushed back. Wall-mounted for stability, these pumps must be installed in a vertical position at a location that is easily accessible to the operator. They feature 1/4" BSP outlet ports on both sides, allowing flexibility in the lubrication line setup. One outlet connects to the lubrication line via a check valve assembly, while the other is equipped with a bleed valve to release entrapped air in the grease. To refill the reservoir, a Grease gun filler attachment is recommended. This prevents airlocks and minimizes the risk of grease contamination from foreign matter, ensuring optimal pump performance and longevity. LGP - 50: Lubrite Heavy-Duty Manual Grease Pumps are engineered for applications involving more than 20 lubrication points or extended lubrication lines. To reduce operator effort, these pumps feature an extra-long handle equipped with a lever mechanism. During operation, grease is drawn from the reservoir when the handle is pushed and dispensed under pressure when the handle is pulled out.

These pumps are designed for wall mounting and must be installed in a vertical position at a location that is easily accessible to the operator. For plant-wide lubrication involving multiple machines, distributors or progressive blocks are mounted on individual machines, while the pump is mounted on a trolley. This setup, combined with a flexible hose pipe and quick-release coupling, facilitates efficient lubrication across the entire plant.
